Kindermann Cable HDMI 2.0 AOC 8 m (St/St) 5011008

For AV integrators and home cinema enthusiasts who need to run 4K HDMI over longer distances without signal loss, this 8-meter active optical cable (AOC) delivers reliable 4K UHD at 60 Hz with HDR support. Why choose it

Unlike passive HDMI cables that suffer signal degradation beyond 5 meters, this AOC uses fiber optics for the high-speed data lanes, ensuring pristine 4K HDR video and audio even at 8 meters. The slim, flexible cable is easy to route through conduits and behind walls, and the gold-plated connectors resist corrosion for long-term reliability.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting a 4K source (Blu-ray player, media streamer, gaming console) to a projector or TV in a home theater
• Professional AV installations in conference rooms, classrooms, and digital signage
• Extending HDMI signals in equipment racks or between rooms

Good to know

The cable is directional: connect the marked Source end to the HDMI output and the Display end to the input. It draws power from the HDMI port, so no external power supply is needed. Compatible with all HDMI 2.0 devices and backward compatible with earlier HDMI versions.
