The Original Konica Minolta DU-107 for Bizhub PRESS C1085 C1100 is a factory-made drum unit engineered to work with Konica Minolta press-class production printers. Designed to deliver consistent image transfer and stable print quality across long print runs, this drum unit supports high-volume color and monochrome output while preserving fine detail and color fidelity. It is intended as a direct replacement for the printer’s imaging drum to maintain manufacturer-specified performance and reliability.

Advantages

This original drum unit provides uniform toner transfer, helping to maintain sharp text and accurate color reproduction. Its construction is optimized for extended duty cycles, reducing the frequency of maintenance interventions during high-volume jobs. The unit is engineered for compatibility with the Bizhub PRESS C1085 and C1100 mechanical and electronic systems, which supports predictable performance and reduces the risk of errors related to third-party components.

Suitable for

• High-volume commercial printing environments
• Production print shops handling long print runs
• Office locations requiring consistent color and fine detail
• Environments where original manufacturer parts are required for service agreements

How to use

Before installation, follow the machine’s power-off and safety instructions in the printer manual. Remove the used drum unit from the specified drum slot according to the Bizhub PRESS C1085/C1100 service or user guide, handling components by the designated grip areas to avoid contact with the drum surface. Unpack the new Original Konica Minolta DU-107, remove any protective seals or covers, and insert it into the drum slot until it locks into place. After installation, run any recommended drum initialization or calibration procedures from the printer’s control panel to ensure optimal image alignment and color balance.

Recommendations

Store unopened drum units in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Handle the drum surface minimally to avoid fingerprints or contamination. For consistent print quality, replace drum units at the intervals suggested by the printer’s status messages or maintenance schedule and use original toner supplies specified by Konica Minolta when possible.
