Reparación/mantenimiento de vehículos Brilliant Tools BT516003

The Brilliant Tools BT516003 door panel releasing pliers are designed for loosening plastic clips on trim parts, bumper rubbers and similar vehicle fittings. Made with black-oxidised jaws from hardened steel sheet and flattened tips, the pliers reach into narrow gaps while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.

Advantages

The hardened, black-oxidised steel jaws resist wear and provide reliable grip, while the flattened tips allow access in tight spaces. A lever mechanism ensures even force distribution for gentle removal of clips and trim without excessive stress on parts. Compact dimensions and a weight of about 230 g make the tool convenient to carry and store.

Suitable for

• Removing plastic clips from door panels
• Detaching bumper rubbers and trim mouldings
• Accessing fasteners in narrow gaps on vehicle interiors and exteriors

How to use

Position the flattened jaws around the head of the plastic clip or the edge of the trim piece. Squeeze the handles to engage the lever mechanism and lift or pry the clip out evenly. Work slowly to avoid bending or breaking the clip; reposition the jaws as needed to gain better leverage in narrow or angled spaces.

Recommendations

Use the pliers with steady, controlled pressure and inspect the jaws before each use for damage. For painted surfaces, protect the surrounding area if necessary to prevent scratches. Store the tool dry to avoid corrosion despite the black-oxidised finish.
