KWB 496104 Hojas de lijado delta grano 40, 93 mm, pack de 5

For carpenters, painters, and DIYers working with delta sanders, the KWB 496104 sanding sheets deliver aggressive material removal on wood, metal, paint, and filler. Each pack contains five pre-cut triangular sheets with a 93 mm side length, ready for hook-and-loop attachment.

Key specifications

• Grit size: 40 (coarse)
• Shape: Delta (triangular)
• Side length: 93 mm
• Quantity: 5 sheets per pack
• Abrasive material: Aluminum oxide
• Backing material: Paper
• Attachment: Hook and loop (Velcro-type)
• Dust extraction holes: Yes

Why choose it

The coarse 40-grit aluminum oxide abrasive quickly removes old paint, varnish, and rust, while the triangular shape reaches into corners and edges that round discs cannot. The hook-and-loop backing allows fast sheet changes, and the pre-punched holes align with standard dust extraction systems to keep the work area cleaner.

Ideal use cases

• Stripping paint or varnish from furniture and doors
• Removing rust and scale from metal surfaces
• Shaping and leveling wood filler or putty
• Rough sanding of wooden workpieces before finer grits

Good to know

These sheets are compatible with most delta sanders and multi-sanders that accept 93 mm hook-and-loop abrasives. For best results, use a sanding pad of the same shape and size.
