Labelmate LD-100-RS tapa roja asa LD

In a busy warehouse, shipping labels are applied by hand dozens of times a day. The Labelmate LD-100-RS sits on the packing station, holding a roll of die-cut labels up to 100 mm wide. The operator pulls the liner, the next label peels forward and waits on the presentation plate, and the red bail keeps the backing out of the way. No power, no buttons, no downtime.

Why choose it

The LD-100-RS eliminates the frustration of picking labels off a roll. Its peel-and-present mechanism speeds up manual labeling and reduces waste from misaligned or damaged labels. The steel body withstands daily use in shipping, retail, and light manufacturing environments, while the red bail holds the waste liner neatly away from the work area.

Ideal use cases

• Warehouse packing stations applying shipping labels
• Retail back rooms for price tags and barcode labels
• Office mailrooms for address labels
• Production lines where operators manually apply product labels

Good to know

This dispenser is entirely manual, so dispensing speed depends on the operator. It does not rewind the waste liner; the red bail simply guides the backing away. No batteries or electrical connections are needed, making it safe and portable. The powder-coated finish resists scratches and corrosion, ensuring a long service life.
