Lámpara de fototerapia Beurer TL95 (modelo 60844) LED 10.000 lux

Beurer TL95 is a compact light therapy lamp with LED illumination that delivers up to 10,000 lux at a recommended distance for short daily sessions. The device is designed to provide glare-controlled, uniform light intended to support mood and energy regulation, help reduce symptoms associated with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and improve wakefulness during darker months. Its compact size and stable base make it suitable for use on a desk, bedside table or other home and office surfaces where regular light therapy sessions are convenient.

Advantages

The lamp produces high-intensity LED light with an output comparable to natural daylight, while integrated glare control reduces visual discomfort during use. Its compact form factor and stable stand allow flexible placement without occupying much space. The device uses energy-efficient LEDs that provide consistent brightness over long service life and require minimal maintenance compared with traditional fluorescent therapy lamps. Controls are simple to operate, enabling concise session timing and daily use.

Suitable for

• Daily light therapy sessions to support mood and energy regulation
• Alleviating seasonal affective disorder symptoms
• Improving morning wakefulness and concentration
• Use at home, in the office, or near a workstation

• Illumination type: LED
• Maximum illuminance: up to 10,000 lux at recommended distance

• Power supply: mains-powered (AC adapter)

How to use

Place the lamp on a stable surface at the recommended distance indicated in the product manual, typically in front of your workspace or near your seating area. Switch the device on and position it so that the light enters your eyes indirectly—do not stare directly into the light source. Follow recommended session lengths and timing as advised in the manual or by a healthcare professional, commonly 20–30 minutes daily, preferably in the morning to support wakefulness. Ensure the lamp is turned off and cooled before moving or storing.

Recommendations

Use the lamp regularly at consistent times of day for best results. Start with shorter sessions to assess tolerance, and consult a healthcare professional if you have an eye condition, take photosensitising medication, or have concerns about light therapy interactions with medical conditions.
