Lámpara interior Steinel RS PRO P2 plana S PMMA 16 W 1810 lm IP54 blanco neutro con sensor de movimiento

Steinel RS PRO P2 flat S PMMA is an indoor luminaire with an integrated motion sensor, delivering 1810 lm of neutral white light while consuming 16 W. The flat PMMA housing and IP54 protection make this fixture suitable for damp indoor areas such as corridors, stairwells and utility rooms. The unit combines diffuse, glare-controlled illumination with automatic presence detection to provide reliable, energy-efficient lighting in commercial and residential common areas.

Advantages

The luminaire integrates motion detection and LED light source in a single compact design, reducing installation complexity and maintenance. Its PMMA diffuser ensures even light distribution and minimizes glare, while the IP54 rating protects against dust and splashes in demanding indoor environments. With a neutral white color temperature and high luminous output relative to power consumption, the fitting supports energy-saving operation and consistent illumination for safety and visibility.

Suitable for

• Corridors and hallways in residential and commercial buildings
• Stairwells and emergency access routes
• Utility rooms, storage areas and technical spaces
• Commercial interiors such as offices, clinics and public buildings

Key specifications

• Rated power: 16 W LED
• Luminous flux: 1810 lm
• Light color: neutral white
• Diffuser material: PMMA (acrylic)
• Protection class: IP54 for dust and splash protection
• Integrated motion/presence sensor for automatic switch-on
• Flat, low-profile design for ceiling or surface mounting

How to use

Install the luminaire on a suitable ceiling or flat surface following local electrical regulations and wiring standards. Connect mains power to the fixture according to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer, ensure the sensor orientation covers the required detection area and set any available sensitivity or time-delay adjustments as needed. After commissioning, the integrated motion sensor will switch the LED light on when presence is detected and switch it off after the configured absence interval, providing automatic, hands-free illumination.

Recommendations

Mount at a height and position that provide clear sensor coverage of the target area; avoid installing behind large obstacles that block detection. For energy-efficient operation in corridors and stairwells, use moderate sensor sensitivity and a short absence time during low-traffic periods, increasing time or sensitivity where frequent re-triggering is undesirable.
