Key specifications

• Overall length: 140 mm
• Precision fine tip for controlled dispensing
• Compact metal body for durability
• Designed for single-handed use and easy storage
• Drip-free application to minimize waste

How to use

Fill the oil pen with the appropriate lubricant according to the lubricant manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the pen is clean and free of debris before use. Position the precision tip at the target point and depress or twist the applicator mechanism as required to release oil in controlled amounts. Apply short, measured strokes to avoid over-lubrication, then wipe any excess oil from surrounding surfaces with a clean cloth. After use, secure the cap or retract the tip to prevent leaks and store the applicator upright or in a protected compartment.

Recommendations

Use oils compatible with the materials and operating temperatures of the parts being serviced; avoid aggressive solvents that could damage seals or coatings. For precision tasks, test the flow on a scrap surface first to set the desired dispensing rate. Regularly clean the tip to prevent clogging and store the applicator in a dry place to maintain performance.
