Latiguillo Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 30 m rosa

The equip® Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cord is a 30 m pink network cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for 10GBase-T networks. Constructed from materials tested to industry standards, it provides higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin for reliable data transmission up to 10000 Mbit/s. The S/FTP shielding and gold-plated contacts increase resistance to interference and wear, making the cable suitable for demanding network environments.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP design offers superior protection against electromagnetic and crosstalk interference, enabling stable high-speed connections. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve conductivity and corrosion resistance. At 30 m length and with support for 10GBase-T, the patch cord is suitable for long runs within server rooms, data centers, or office cabling where consistent 10 Gbit/s performance is required.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T connections in data centers and server rooms
• High-speed backbone and horizontal cabling in offices
• Connections between switches, routers and network appliances
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of a switch, router or network device and the other RJ-45 plug to the destination device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress; maintain separation from high-power electrical lines to minimize interference. For optimal performance, use within the specified 30 m length and verify network device settings for 10GBase-T where required.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled without sharp bends and avoid excess tension on the connectors. When deploying in structured cabling, follow site-specific grounding and shielding practices to preserve S/FTP effectiveness. Replace the patch cord if physical damage or connector wear is observed to maintain reliable 10G performance.
