How to use

Hold the QuickScan 2500 in handheld mode or place it in a stand for presentation mode. Align the aimer or blue dot with the barcode and trigger the scan; the Green Spot will indicate a successful read and the beeper will sound if enabled. Use the QD2500 auto-sense feature to allow the scanner to detect presentation automatically. Configure audio and mounting accessories according to store setup.

Recommendations

Place the scanner at an appropriate angle and distance from the barcode for optimal reads, and choose the QD2500 model with auto-sense if frequent hands-free scanning is required. Regularly clean the scan window and update firmware as recommended by the manufacturer.
