The cable uses S/FTP construction (overall braid with individual foil shielding for each pair) developed for data centres, server rooms and rack‑mounted network or control cabinets. Manufactured and tested according to ISO/IEC 11801, the cables are individually packaged in polybags. The RJ‑45 connectors meet practical Cat.7 requirements despite the original Cat.7 GG45 connector concept; the cable marking may read "Cat.6A S/FTP patch cords with 600MHz raw cable".

How to use

Choose the appropriate cable length and colour for your installation. Insert RJ‑45 connectors into corresponding Ethernet ports on devices, patch panels or switches until the latch clicks. When removing the cable, press the latch and pull the connector straight out to avoid stressing the strain relief.

Recommendations
