The Logitech Tap touchscreen controller connects to any computer via USB, opening up new possibilities for team collaboration, room automation, environmental monitoring and digital signage. Unlike AV controllers that require complex integration, Tap is simple to set up and supports an additional display. The included Cat5e kit allows Tap to be placed up to 40 metres from the conference-room computer, carrying both data and power over a single Cat cable. A range of mounts is available: a table mount with a space-saving protective sleeve and 180-degree swivel for use from either side of the table; a riser mount that raises the viewing angle from 14 to 30 degrees; a wall mount with a robust plate-and-clamp design; and a PC mount for placing a small-form-factor PC or Chromebox under a desk or behind a screen, complete with a two-part cable-retention clamp. The Logitech Strong USB cable is reinforced with aramid fibre, plenum-rated and ECA-certified for high tensile strength when routed through walls, ceilings or standard 20mm conduit.
