Ergooffice.eu ER-409 screw-mounted monitor desk shelf is designed to lift and stabilize displays sized 13"–32" with a maximum load of 20 kg. The shelf fastens to the underside or top of a desk surface with screws, creating a raised platform that improves viewing ergonomics and frees usable workspace beneath the monitor. Constructed to provide a stable support and maintain cable clearance, this model is suitable for fixed workstation setups in home offices and corporate environments.

Advantages

The screw-mounted design ensures a secure, vibration-resistant attachment to the desk for steady monitor positioning. Compatibility with a wide range of monitor sizes from 13" to 32" and a 20 kg load limit accommodate typical LCD and LED screens used in offices. By elevating the screen, the shelf helps optimize posture and reduces desk clutter while leaving space beneath for keyboards, documents, or small peripherals. The robust construction and straightforward installation offer long-term stability for fixed workstations.

How to use

Select a stable location on the desk surface where the shelf will support the monitor without obstructing movement or workspace. Position the shelf on the underside or top of the desk according to available clearance and mark screw locations. Secure the shelf using appropriate screws for the desk material, ensuring the attachment is flush and stable. Place the monitor on the shelf, center it to distribute weight evenly, and route cables through available clearances to maintain a tidy setup. Verify the shelf and monitor are firmly mounted before regular use.

Recommendations

Use screws and fixing hardware appropriate for the desk material (wood, composite, or metal) and follow load limits: do not exceed 20 kg. Periodically check fastenings for tightness and inspect the mounting area for signs of wear. Avoid moving the desk while the shelf is loaded to prevent stress on the attachment points.
