Marco embellecedor Busch-Jaeger Busch-balance SI blanco alpino para interruptor simple/conmutador y pulsador (modelo 2506-914)

Cover plate Busch-Jaeger Busch-balance SI Alpinweiß for single/pair/intermediate switches and push-button (model 2506-914) is a wall-mounted finishing plate designed to match standard Busch-Jaeger switch mechanisms. The plate provides a smooth, matt alpine-white surface that conceals mounting openings, secures the installed mechanism, and creates a uniform appearance in residential and commercial interiors. It is shaped to fit single switches, two-gang (pair) switches, intermediate (crossover) switches and push-buttons from the same product family, enabling consistent design across multiple control points.

Advantages

The cover plate offers precise cutouts and rounded edges for a flush fit and minimal visual gap between plate and wall. Its Alpinweiß finish resists discoloration and is easy to clean with standard household cleaners. Lightweight and dimensionally stable, the plate simplifies installation and replacement without altering the existing switch mechanism. The plain surface supports a discreet, contemporary interior style while protecting internal components from dust and accidental contact.

How to use

Turn off the circuit supply before removing or installing the cover plate. Remove the existing plate by loosening the fixing screws or releasing the snap clips, then align the new Busch-balance SI Alpinweiß plate over the switch mechanism so the cutouts match the actuator positions. Secure the plate using the original mounting points; ensure it sits flush against the wall. After installation, restore power and test the switch or push-button for correct operation. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary.

Recommendations

For long-lasting appearance, avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents. When replacing multiple plates, use plates from the same series to maintain uniform color and fit. If mounting surfaces are uneven, check alignment and adjust mounting hardware to prevent gaps or stress on the plate.
