Martillo neumático Scheppach 7906100716 — presión de servicio 6,3 bar

The Scheppach pneumatic air chisel hammer with an operating pressure of 6.3 bar is a compact, air-driven impact tool designed for chiselling, cutting and surface removal tasks. It is intended to be connected to a compressed-air supply and to deliver repeated percussive blows to compatible chisels. The tool provides controlled impact performance suitable for construction, renovation and automotive work as well as for demanding DIY projects.

Advantages

The pneumatic design ensures consistent impact energy and durable operation under continuous use at the specified operating pressure. The tool's construction facilitates quick connection to standard compressed-air systems and stable performance during repetitive work. Its compatibility with exchangeable chisels allows adapting the same tool to different materials and tasks while reducing operator fatigue compared with manual methods.

How to use

Connect the chisel hammer to a compatible compressed-air source using an appropriate hose and coupler rated for the operating pressure. Fit a chisel that matches the tool's shank interface and secure it according to the manufacturer's guidance. Adjust the air supply to achieve the recommended 6.3 bar operating pressure and verify proper lubrication of the air line if required. Hold the tool firmly, align the chisel with the work surface, and apply controlled pressure while operating the trigger or throttle to deliver percussive blows. Release the trigger and depressurize the system before changing chisels or performing maintenance.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves; ensure the air supply and hoses are in good condition and rated for the working pressure; select the correct chisel type for the material; allow periodic breaks to inspect the tool and chisels for wear and follow routine maintenance such as lubrication of the air inlet to maintain reliable operation.
