How to use

Charge the device using the USB-C cable until fully charged. Select the desired temperature setting (heat 39°C–45°C or cold 14°C–8°C), attach the appropriate head for the target muscle area, and choose one of the six intensity levels using the control buttons; LED indicators show the selected intensity. Apply the massage gun to the muscle area using gentle, controlled movements for short sessions. Do not apply excessive pressure; allow the device to glide and target the tissue with percussive strokes.
