Medidor de consumo eléctrico AC RealPower EM-1 pantalla LCD 16A

The RealPower EM-1 is an AC energy cost meter with an LCD display designed for monitoring electrical consumption of single-phase household circuits and appliances. Compact in size, the device supports up to 16A load and presents instantaneous and cumulative energy usage on a clear screen. Its form factor and straightforward interface allow quick integration into routine energy checks, enabling users to track usage, compare periods and estimate running costs without complex setup.

Advantages

The unit offers a clear LCD that displays power, voltage, current and accumulated energy in real time, enabling precise monitoring of consumption. Its 16A current limit covers most common household devices and small appliances. The compact housing occupies minimal space and is easy to position near sockets or distribution points. The device is designed for simple operation with intuitive buttons and readable metrics to support routine energy management.

Suitable for

• Measuring electricity consumption of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and heaters
• Monitoring power draw of entertainment or office equipment like TVs, PCs and printers
• Estimating running costs for individual devices to optimise energy use

Key specifications

• Measurement type: single-phase AC energy monitoring
• Maximum continuous current: 16 A
• Display: LCD showing voltage, current, power and cumulative energy
• Dimensions: 76 mm (width) × 53 mm (depth) × 100 mm (height)
• Installation: plug-in or inline connection suitable for domestic sockets and small distribution points

How to use

Connect the RealPower EM-1 between the mains outlet and the appliance to be measured. The LCD will initialize and begin displaying voltage and current followed by instantaneous power and accumulated energy. Use the device controls to switch displayed parameters or to reset the cumulative counter if required. Observe the readings while the appliance operates to determine real-time power draw and total energy consumed over the monitoring period.

Recommendations

For accurate readings, ensure the device is used on stable single-phase mains within the specified current range and avoid exceeding the 16A limit. Place the meter where the display is easily visible and protect it from moisture, extreme temperatures and mechanical shock. Periodically record cumulative energy values to track consumption trends and calculate cost using your local energy tariff.
