Smart Switch Module WiFi Avatto WSM16-W2 TUYA

Make it easy to control the lighting in your home. Avatto's functional 2-channel in-duct switch allows you to control your lights remotely - using the TUYA / Smart Life app or Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa voice assistants. It also allows you to create work schedules, timers and automations. At the same time, the device is compact and very easy to install. It supports connection via Wi-Fi and is compatible with various types of switches.

Many possibilities with the app

You no longer have to worry if you forget to turn off the lights before leaving the house - now you can do it with your smartphone! The TUYA / Smart Life app allows you to turn lights on and off remotely. It also allows you to combine switches into groups and manage more of them at the same time. You can also share your devices with other household members. This way they too will have the ability to control the lights remotely! Interlock function is also available.

Additional amenities

Make the lights in your home fit your schedule. Using the app, you can easily set a timer or schedule so that the lights automatically turn on at the time you usually get up and turn off when you go to bed. You also have the option to connect more devices together and automate their operation. The switch can also remember the last settings and restore them if, for example, there is a power outage.

Hassle-free installation

Thanks to its compact design, the WSM16-W2 is compatible with different types of switches and fits up to 95% of the installation boxes on the market. You can also attach it to a lamp. Its installation will not cause you any problem or take too much time. What's more, it is possible to use 2 switches to operate one lamp - such a solution will work well, for example, near the stairs. This way you can conveniently turn on the light on the first floor, and turn it off when you enter the floor!

Voice control

You are just kneading dough, your hands are busy, and you could use some extra lighting? Or maybe you are already lying in bed and want to go to sleep, but you still need to turn off the light? With Avatto, everything becomes much simpler - the WSM16-W2 switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants. This allows you to control the lights with simple commands! Now all it takes is a few words to turn the lights off or on - you don't even have to reach for your phone.

How to use

Install the WSM16-W2 inside the switch box or near the fixture according to local wiring regulations, connecting live, neutral and the two switched outputs to the corresponding circuits. Add the module to the TUYA / Smart Life app over your 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network, configure channel names and schedules, and optionally link the device with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control. Use grouping and sharing features in the app to manage multiple switches and grant access to household members.

Recommendations

Use the module indoors only and avoid exposure to moisture or outdoor conditions (IP20). For reliable wireless performance, place the module within the effective range of your Wi‑Fi router and ensure a stable 2.4 GHz connection. Do not exceed the specified maximum load per channel and follow local electrical safety rules during installation; consult a qualified electrician if unsure.
