Módulo de teclas Unify KM410 para teléfono VoIP CP410/CP710 — módulo de teclas de expansión

The Unify Key Module KM410 is an expansion accessory designed for Unify CP410 and CP710 VoIP desk phones. It attaches to the compatible handset to provide additional programmable keys, enabling users to manage multiple lines, speed dials and advanced call-handling functions directly from the phone. The module is intended for workplace environments where quick access to extensions and features increases efficiency at reception desks, contact centres and shared workstations.

Advantages

The KM410 adds a compact, integrated set of extra programmable keys without requiring separate software configuration beyond standard phone settings. Its layout supports rapid line selection, presence indication and one-touch feature access, reducing the need to navigate menus on the handset screen. The accessory preserves the phone’s existing form factor while expanding functionality, and is built to match the CP410/CP710 design for consistent ergonomics and installation simplicity.

Suitable for

• Receptionists and front-desk operators handling high call volumes
• Office users managing multiple extensions and shared lines
• Small to medium-sized contact centres requiring quick transfer and park functions
• Teams using speed dials for frequent internal or external contacts

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Designed for use with Unify CP410 and CP710 desk phones
• Functionality: Programmable keys for line appearance, speed dial and telefónico features
• Form factor: External add-on module that mounts to the side of the handset
• Controls: Physical buttons with status indication for busy/idle and feature states
• Installation: Tool-free attachment and integration with phone settings

How to use

Attach the KM410 to the side of a compatible CP410 or CP710 handset following the phone manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Once connected, use the phone’s settings menu to assign functions to the programmable keys: set line appearances, speed dials or feature shortcuts according to user requirements. During calls, press the module’s keys for one-touch transfer, park or answer operations; LED indicators provide visual status for each key. No separate server or external power is required beyond the supported phone connection.

Recommendations

For best results, plan key assignments in advance to mirror common workflows (for example, dedicate keys for hold/park, transfers and frequently called extensions). Regularly update speed-dial entries through the phone’s administration interface to keep contacts current and use the module in staffed areas where direct key access improves response times.
