Key specifications

How to use

Install the insert into a compatible Gira frame following local electrical regulations and with the power supply switched off. Connect mains and control wiring according to the existing thermostat or room controller wiring scheme, ensuring the normally open contact is wired to the heating actuator or relay input as required. After restoring power, verify correct operation by observing the switching behavior when the connected thermostat or controller calls for heat. If needed, test with a multimeter to confirm contact switching before finalising the installation.

Recommendations

Perform installation and electrical connections only with the mains power disconnected and, if uncertain, engage a qualified electrician. Use the insert only within its rated 230 V AC environment and inside compatible Gira mounting frames. For reliable long-term operation, avoid exposure to moisture and mechanical stress during installation and ensure correct wiring to heating actuators or control relays.
