How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob and heat gradually; use medium or low heat for most dishes to preserve the non-stick coating. Add ingredients and use suitable utensils (wood, silicone or plastic) to avoid scratching the surface. Cover with the glass lid to retain steam and accelerate cooking. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning; hand washing is recommended for longer coating life but the pot is also safe for the dishwasher.

Recommendations

To maximize the lifespan of the GRANITIUM Ti‑X coating, avoid overheating an empty pan and use non‑abrasive cleaning tools. When using on induction, ensure full contact between the pan base and the hob surface for best heat transfer.
