Olla de cobre de Buyer Prima Matera 5 L

The de Buyer Prima Matera Copper Pot 5 L combines traditional copper construction with a stainless steel lining to provide rapid and even heat distribution. Designed for professional and home kitchens, this 5-litre pot (diameter 27.9 cm, weight 3.13 kg) excels at delicate preparations such as sauces and reductions and is compatible with induction cooktops.

Advantages

Clean after use according to the manufacturer’s care instructions to preserve the copper finish and the stainless steel lining.

Recommendations

For best results when preparing delicate sauces or reductions, maintain a low to medium heat and monitor temperature closely — the Prima Matera copper pot will react rapidly to changes in heat, allowing fine control. Regular polishing of the copper exterior will preserve its appearance, while routine cleaning of the stainless steel interior will maintain a safe, non-reactive cooking surface.
