Panasonic CX411PZ Barrera fotoeléctrica de un solo uso serie CX400 — 10 m de alcance

Panasonic CX411PZ is a single-beam photoelectric sensor from the CX400 series with a rated detection range of 10 m. It uses a one-way light beam to detect object presence or interruption and is intended for industrial automation, conveyor systems, and material handling tasks where a compact sensing device with a straight-line detection path is required. The sensor is built to integrate into control panels and machine interfaces where reliable on/off detection over a considerable distance is needed.

Advantages

The CX411PZ delivers stable detection at distances up to 10 m with a focused single-beam optical design, enabling precise interruption sensing. Its compact housing allows space-efficient mounting in control cabinets or on machine frames. The unit is compatible with typical industrial signal interfaces and is suitable for applications that require a simple, robust presence sensor with straightforward alignment and minimal adjustment.

Suitable for

• Object detection on conveyor lines
• Presence sensing in automated assembly processes
• Material handling checks and part counting
• Mounting in control panels and machine guarding applications

Key specifications

• Sensing principle: single-beam (one-way) photoelectric
• Rated detection range: 10 m
• Beam type: straight-line focused beam for interruption detection
• Mounting: compact housing for panel or frame installation
• Typical applications: object presence, part counting, conveyor detection

How to use

Install the sensor so that its emitter and receiver are aligned along the required detection path, maintaining a clear line of sight for the full 10 m rated range. Secure the housing to a rigid support or panel and connect the sensor to the control system according to the wiring diagram provided by the manufacturer. Verify alignment by observing the sensor output while moving a test object through the beam; fine-tune position to ensure consistent interruption detection. Perform routine checks for dirt or obstructions on optical surfaces and clean as needed to maintain reliable performance.

Recommendations

Place the sensor where the beam path is protected from stray light and physical damage; use proper mounting brackets and shielding if the environment presents dust, vibration, or mechanical impact. Periodic cleaning of the optical surfaces and verification of alignment will help preserve detection accuracy over long operating intervals.
