How to use

Place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant table surface and connect to a 230 V outlet. Insert the removable thermostat into its socket, set the desired temperature and allow the plate to preheat. Cook food on the non-stick surface, periodically draining excess fat into the integrated outlet and sauce tray. After use, unplug the appliance, allow it to cool, remove the thermostat and clean the plate and tray according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Use with compatible mains voltage (230 V) and do not operate the appliance unattended. Avoid metal utensils that may damage the Whitford Xylan® non-stick coating; use silicone or wooden tools. Regularly empty and clean the sauce collecting tray to prevent buildup and ensure optimal performance.
