How to use

Place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect the removable connector to the unit. Plug into a 230 V outlet. Use the electronic controls and digital display to select one of five temperature levels according to the food being prepared. Allow the plate to preheat until it reaches the set temperature, then place food on the non-stick surface. Use the tilt function to drain excess grease and collect it in the drip tray when needed. After use, unplug the appliance, allow it to cool, remove the connector and clean the plate and drip tray according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

Use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces to avoid scratching the Pfluon Granite Black coating. Do not immerse the connector or control module in water. Regularly empty and clean the drip tray to maintain efficient grease drainage and prolong the life of the appliance.
