Advantages

The grill provides precise temperature control and a timer via a digital display, enabling consistent results. Convertible 180° opening increases versatility for both closed grilling and full-surface cooking. Mixed fluted and smooth non-stick plates allow searing and flat grilling on the same appliance. A tilting top plate and uniform pressure accommodate thicker cuts, while stainless steel surfaces, heat-insulated handles and non-slip feet improve durability and safe handling. The removable drip tray and fat drainage channel simplify cleaning, and overheating protection enhances safety.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a 230 V outlet. Use the digital control panel to set the desired temperature and timer. For closed grilling, position the top plate normally; for full-surface cooking or larger items, open to 180° so both plates lie flat. Allow the plates to preheat before placing food to ensure even cooking. Use the tilting top plate and adjustable pressure to accommodate thicker cuts. After cooking, turn off and unplug the unit, allow it to cool, then remove and empty the grease tray and drainage channel for cleaning. Do not immerse the appliance in water; wipe stainless steel surfaces and non-stick plates with a damp cloth when cooled.

Recommendations

Always follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Do not block ventilation, avoid using metal utensils on the non-stick surface, and ensure the grease tray is emptied regularly to reduce fire risk. For long-term care, clean after each use and store with the closure clips engaged to protect the plates.
