How to use

Place the paper stack between the guides and align to the edge stop for consistent hole placement. Press the ergonomic lever firmly and evenly until the punch cuts through the paper stack. Empty the waste compartment regularly to maintain clean operation. For thicker stacks, reduce the sheet count and punch in multiple passes to avoid jamming or excessive force.

Recommendations

Use the NOVUS B220 ColorID for standard office paper sizes and avoid forcing oversized stacks. Keep the punch on a stable surface and periodically clear punched paper waste. If the lever becomes stiff, check for debris in the punching path and remove it before further use.
