Antena móvil exterior PHOENIX-CONTACT TC ANT Mobile 2–4 dBi IP67 para telefonía móvil y conectividad inalámbrica

PHOENIX-CONTACT TC ANT Mobile 2–4 dBi is an outdoor mobile antenna with IP67 protection designed for cellular and wireless connectivity. With a compact form factor and a gain range of 2–4 dBi, the antenna is intended to improve signal reception and transmission for routers, modems and gateways in exposed outdoor and industrial environments. The weatherproof construction supports continuous operation in rain, dust and other harsh conditions while maintaining stable RF performance.

Advantages

The antenna combines compact dimensions with weatherproofing to allow installation on vehicles, poles or enclosures where space is limited. A gain range of 2–4 dBi balances omnidirectional coverage and signal improvement across common cellular and wireless bands. IP67 protection ensures resistance to dust ingress and temporary immersion, reducing maintenance needs and supporting reliable connectivity for outdoor equipment.

Suitable for

• Outdoor routers and 4G/5G modems in industrial sites
• Remote gateways and telemetry equipment
• Vehicle-mounted communication systems
• Temporary or semi-permanent field installations

Key specifications

• Type: outdoor mobile antenna
• Gain: 2–4 dBi
• Ingress protection: IP67
• Application: cellular and wireless connectivity (routers, modems, gateways)
• Mounting: compact mounting suitable for poles, enclosures or vehicle mounts
• Environmental resistance: dust-tight and waterproof to rated immersion

How to use

Mount the antenna securely to a suitable surface such as a pole, vehicle mount or enclosure using the appropriate bracket or adapter for your installation. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna port of the router, modem or gateway following the equipment manufacturer’s connector type and tightening recommendations. Position the antenna vertically and clear of large metallic obstructions to achieve best omnidirectional coverage. Ensure cable routing avoids sharp bends and protects connectors from moisture.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the antenna at a height and location that provides a clear line of sight to the service provider’s base station when possible. Verify compatibility of the antenna connector and cable length with your device to minimize signal loss. Periodically inspect the mounting and seals to maintain IP67 integrity and replace damaged components to preserve reliable outdoor connectivity.
