Picadora eléctrica Rommelsbacher MZ 800, 800 W, bol de cristal de 2,7 L, 9 cuchillas de acero inoxidable, regulación de 22 velocidades, negro acero inoxidable

The Rommelsbacher MZ 800 electric food chopper combines an 800 W motor with a 2.7 L glass bowl and nine stainless steel blades to process vegetables, herbs, nuts, meat and other ingredients for salads, dips, sauces and purees. The unit offers a 22‑stage speed control and a start/stop control for precise texture adjustment. The design incorporates stainless steel elements on the housing, an anti‑slip ring on the base and removable parts that are dishwasher-safe. Built-in safety interlocks prevent operation unless the lid is secured and an overheating auto-stop protects the motor during prolonged use. The chopper is engineered for low vibration and quiet operation, making it suitable for frequent meal preparation in larger households.

Advantages

The powerful 800 W motor delivers consistent cutting performance across a variety of ingredients while the 2.7 L glass bowl provides a clear view of processing progress and resists staining and odours. Nine stainless steel blades are arranged to ensure even chopping and reduce the need for repeated processing steps. The 22‑speed control enables fine tuning from gentle mixing to intensive chopping. Safety interlocks and automatic overheating protection increase operational safety, and dishwasher-safe removable parts simplify cleaning. Anti-slip feet and a robust housing with stainless steel details provide stable, durable daily use.

Key specifications

• Motor power: 800 W
• Bowl volume and material: 2.7 L glass bowl
• Blade configuration: 9 stainless steel blades
• Speed control: 22-stage speed selector with start/stop control
• Safety features: lid interlock and automatic overheating shut-off
• Cleaning: removable parts dishwasher-safe; non-removable surfaces wipe-clean
• Design: housing with stainless steel elements and anti-slip base ring
• Operation: low-vibration, quiet performance

How to use

Place the glass bowl on the base and ensure the anti-slip ring is seated. Fit the blade assembly into the bowl, add ingredients in suitable portions to avoid overfilling, then secure the lid according to the interlock mechanism. Select the desired speed using the 22-stage control and press the start/stop button to begin processing; adjust speed as needed to achieve the required texture. For heavy or dense items use higher speed settings in short pulses to prevent motor overload. After processing, switch off the unit and unplug it before removing the lid and blade assembly. Handle blades carefully when emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, cut large items into smaller pieces before processing, avoid overfilling the 2.7 L bowl, and use short pulse intervals for harder ingredients such as nuts or frozen components. Allow the motor to cool if used continuously for extended periods to engage the overheating protection less frequently. Clean removable components promptly and dry thoroughly before storage to maintain blade performance and bowl clarity.
