Pila de botón Varta V3/80H-S 80 mAh 3,6 V — litio, fuente de energía compacta

Varta V3/80H-S is a lithium button cell battery with a nominal capacity of 80 mAh and a nominal voltage of 3.6 V. It is engineered for compact electronic devices that require a stable, low-current power source. The cell's small dimensions and steady voltage output make it suitable for long-term use in devices where space is limited and consistent performance is important.

Advantages

The Varta V3/80H-S delivers steady voltage across a long shelf life and low self-discharge, which helps extend device standby time. Its compact form factor supports easy replacement in small housings. As a lithium cell, it provides reliable performance in a range of temperatures and maintains capacity better than typical silver-oxide or alkaline alternatives in low-drain continuous applications.

Suitable for

• Watches and timepieces
• Small sensors and transmitters
• Memory backup for electronic modules
• Medical devices with low current draw (where specified)
• Portable measuring instruments and small consumer electronics

Key specifications

• Battery chemistry: lithium
• Nominal voltage: 3.6 V
• Nominal capacity: 80 mAh
• Form factor: button / coin cell (compact)
• Typical application: low-current, long-life devices
• Operating temperature: suitable for a broad temperature range (consult device specifications for limits)

How to use

Before installation, verify polarity and fitment in the device battery compartment. Use appropriate tools or non-metallic tweezers to avoid short circuits and handle the cell by its edges. Insert the battery observing the correct orientation, secure the battery cover, and perform a functional check of the device. Dispose of the depleted battery at a designated recycling point or according to local regulations for lithium cells.

Recommendations

Store unused cells in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Avoid short-circuiting, mechanical deformation, or exposure to fire. Replace exhausted cells promptly to prevent data loss in devices that rely on memory backup. For critical medical or safety-related equipment, follow the device manufacturer's guidance on approved battery types and replacement intervals.
