Pimax Crystal Light/Super cable 2 en 1 DisplayPort y USB, negro, 5 m

The Pimax Crystal Light/Super 2-in-1 DisplayPort and USB cable is a 5 m black connection solution that combines DisplayPort video/audio transmission with USB data and power in a single lead. Designed for compatible VR headsets, displays and peripherals, the cable aims to reduce cable clutter by routing both video and USB signals along one durable jacketed cable. The product supports setups where the host requires a DisplayPort link for high-resolution video and a USB connection for tracking, sensors or power delivery.

Advantages

This 2-in-1 cable integrates DisplayPort and USB functionality into one streamlined assembly, which simplifies installation and cable management without the need for separate video and USB leads. The 5 m length provides flexibility in room layout and allows for greater distance between host and display or headset. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance compatible with most gaming and professional setups, while the cable is intended to maintain the signal routing needed for simultaneous video/audio and USB data transfer.

Suitable for

• VR headsets that require both DisplayPort video and USB data/power over separate connectors but benefit from a combined cable routing
• Monitors or display systems where DisplayPort video and a USB connection are needed simultaneously
• Desktop or workstation setups aiming to reduce visible cables and simplify connections
• Setups where a 5 m cable length is required for placement flexibility

When it may not be suitable

This cable is not appropriate when a single unified connector standard (for example USB-C Alternate Mode that carries video and power over one port) is required; it combines separate DisplayPort and USB connectors rather than providing a single-port video+power solution. It may also be unsuitable for systems that demand specific certified high-bandwidth DisplayPort variants or USB versions beyond what the host and device support, or where active signal amplification is required over long distances.

Key specifications

• Cable type: combined DisplayPort and USB 2-in-1 cable
• Length: 5 m
• Color: black
• Functions: video and audio via DisplayPort; data and power via USB
• Intended use: connection between host (PC/console) and display or VR headset requiring separate DisplayPort and USB links

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on your host device and connect the USB plug to an available USB port that supplies the required data and/or power. Ensure both connectors are fully seated and that your host and display/headset are powered on. Configure display settings and any device-specific drivers or software as needed to enable video, audio and USB peripheral functions. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; if the setup requires strain relief, secure the cable near connectors to reduce stress during use.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify your device requires separate DisplayPort and USB connectors rather than a single USB-C or alternate-mode connection
• Confirm that the DisplayPort and USB versions supported by your host and device are compatible with the cable’s functions
• Ensure a 5 m cable length meets your room layout and does not exceed signal limitations for your equipment

Recommendations

Use this combined DisplayPort and USB cable for neat, single-route connections between a host and a VR headset or monitor. Keep connectors clean and avoid excessive bending near the ends. If experiencing signal loss or instability at the given length, test with closer connections or verify host/device compatibility for the required DisplayPort and USB bandwidth.
