How to use

Place the pizza maker on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions. Preheat the appliance until the stone plates reach the required temperature as indicated in the recipe booklet or appliance manual. Use the aluminium pizza peel to position the prepared pizza on the lower stone plate, close the lid and bake until the crust and toppings reach the desired doneness. For other preparations such as flatbreads or sandwiches, adjust baking time and temperature according to the recipe booklet. Allow the stones to cool before cleaning and always disconnect from the power supply before maintenance.

Recommendations

For best results, use a thin-crust dough and preheat the stone plates thoroughly to achieve a crisp base. Avoid overloading the pizza with heavy, wet toppings to prevent a soggy centre. Clean the refractory stones only when cooled and follow the included recipe booklet for suggested baking times and temperatures for different preparations.
