Portátil Acer Nitro 16S AI AN16S-61-R597 — AMD Ryzen AI 5 340, 16 inch WUXGA (1920×1200), 16 GB DDR5, 1 TB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050, Windows 11 Home

The Acer Nitro 16S AI AN16S-61-R597 is a slim clamshell laptop that combines an AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 processor with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 discrete graphics to deliver balanced performance for gaming, content creation and everyday productivity. It features a 16" WUXGA (1920×1200) IPS display, 16 GB DDR5 system memory, 1 TB SSD storage and ships with Windows 11 Home. The chassis is under 19.9 mm thick, includes a metal top cover, an illuminated Nitro logo and a 4-zone RGB keyboard for customizable backlighting.

Advantages

The laptop offers a modern AI-enabled processor with on-chip AI acceleration, a dedicated GeForce RTX 5050 GPU for hardware-accelerated gaming and rendering, and a high-refresh 16" IPS display for clear visuals. Its cooling system with dual fans, multiple air intakes and liquid metal thermal grease helps maintain sustained performance under load. Connectivity options include USB4 and Wi‑Fi 6E for fast data transfer and networking, while NitroSense and Experience Zone provide system and AI-driven tuning tools.

Suitable for

• Gaming at high settings for many modern titles
• Content creation and video editing
• Multitasking and everyday productivity
• Streaming and online meetings with AI-enhanced camera and noise suppression

When it may not be suitable

Although designed to be portable, the laptop weighs about 2.18 kg and may be less convenient for users who need an ultra-light device for frequent travel. Battery life varies with workload; under heavy gaming or content creation the built-in 76 Wh battery will provide substantially shorter runtime than in light-use scenarios.
