Portero automático con vídeo EZVIZ EP7 7" 1024x600 audio bidireccional

The EZVIZ EP7 is a battery-powered video intercom system that combines a 7" indoor touchscreen monitor (1024 × 600) with an outdoor doorphone featuring a removable lithium battery, built-in keypad, RFID support and an optional solar panel. The kit eliminates the need for wiring between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitor by using Wi‑Fi (including Wi‑Fi HaLow for extended range), provides 2‑way audio, supports H.264 and H.265 video, and records up to a 2048 × 1296 max image resolution. The outdoor unit is IP65 rated and offers night vision, making it suitable for outdoor installation where wired connections are impractical.

Advantages

The EP7 offers easy installation with a detachable battery and solar charging option so it can operate without external power wiring. Its wireless connection between the outdoor doorphone and the indoor 7" touch monitor avoids long connecting cables. Wi‑Fi HaLow support improves signal stability over long distances and through thick walls. The system records in H.264/H.265 to reduce file size, supports local microSD storage up to 512 GB and optional encrypted cloud storage, and provides multiple unlocking methods including keypad passcodes and RFID cards.

Recommendations

For optimal wireless performance in large houses or properties with thick walls, place the indoor monitor where it has the best line of sight to the main Wi‑Fi router and consider using the HaLow feature for the outdoor-to-indoor link; keep the outdoor battery charged and maintain the solar panel free of debris to ensure continuous operation.
