Prensaestopas DeLOCK 60198 negro plástico 10 uds.

The DeLOCK 60198 cable gland is a set of 10 black plastic glands designed for secure cable entry and strain relief in electrical and electronic installations. Made from durable plastic and finished in black, this pack provides multiple units for organising and protecting cables where a simple, cost-effective sealing and securing solution is required. The glands help reduce ingress of dust and moisture at cable entry points and support neat cable routing through panels, enclosures and junction boxes.

Advantages

These cable glands combine a lightweight plastic construction with a consistent black finish to blend into equipment and installations. Supplied as a 10-piece pack, they offer convenience for multiple connection points or small installation projects. The design provides mechanical protection for cable entries and contributes to a cleaner, safer routing of cables, helping to maintain the integrity of the enclosure seal against dust and splashing moisture.

Suitable for

• Panel and enclosure cable entry for low- to medium-duty installations
• Junction boxes and distribution cabinets where multiple glands are required
• Electrical and electronic equipment with plastic or metal housings
• Temporary installations and repair tasks that need quick cable protection

Key specifications

• Material: Plastic
• Product colour: Black
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Function: Cable entry, strain relief and basic protection against dust and splashes

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized hole in the panel or enclosure, insert the cable gland through the opening and secure it according to the enclosure design (push-in or threaded mounting as applicable). Pass the cable through the gland and tighten any outer nut or clamping element until the cable is held firmly but not crushed. Ensure the gland seats correctly against the panel surface to maintain the intended protection against dust and moisture.

Recommendations

Use these plastic cable glands in applications where basic protection and strain relief are required; avoid using them in high-temperature, high-chemical-exposure or high-mechanical-stress environments. Verify hole size and cable diameter compatibility before installation and tighten clamping elements to provide secure retention without damaging the cable jacket.
