Prensaestopas DeLOCK 90° acodado PG7 negro alivio de tracción

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG7 in black provides a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits while enabling a compact, right-angled cable entry. Made of durable plastic, the angled design is suitable for installations with limited space and offers additional strain relief for flexible cables.

Advantages

The integrated bend protection spiral secures flexible cables and reduces the risk of damage from excessive bending. The cable gland is rated IP68 for dust and waterproofing, providing increased protection against dirt and moisture. Its robust plastic construction supports use in industrial environments where reliable cable routing is required.

Suitable for

• Right-angled cable entry through enclosures and housings
• Applications requiring IP68 dust and waterproof seals
• Installations with limited space or tight routing paths
• Automation, robotics and machine installations

Key specifications

• Model: DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG7 black strain relief (MPN: 60499)
• Material: Plastic
• Colour: Black
• Protection rating: IP68 (dust and waterproof)
• Angle: 90°

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG7-sized entry in the enclosure, insert the cable gland and secure it according to the housing thread or mounting requirements. Pass the cable through the gland so the bend protection spiral surrounds the cable where strain relief is needed. Tighten the gland components until a watertight seal is achieved and verify correct positioning of the spiral to prevent sharp bends.

Recommendations

For reliable IP68 performance, ensure mating threads and sealing surfaces are clean and undamaged. Use the gland within the intended PG7 cable diameter range and avoid exceeding mechanical loads; replace the gland if the plastic housing shows cracks or deformation.
