Prensaestopas DeLOCK 90° en ángulo PG16 negro con alivio de tracción

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG16 black strain relief provides a watertight lead-through for cables and electrical conduits while changing the cable direction by 90°. Its angled shape makes it suitable for installations with limited space and the black plastic construction offers durability for general industrial and automation use.

Advantages

The integrated bend protection spiral secures flexible cables and prevents excessive bending and strain, for example near moving machine parts. The cable gland is rated IP68 for dust and waterproof protection, increasing resistance to dirt and moisture. The robust plastic design supports multifunctional application in environments such as automation and robotics.

Suitable for

• Cable and conduit lead-throughs where space is limited
• Protection of flexible cables from bending and strain
• Industrial automation and robotic installations
• Machinery and equipment housings requiring IP68 sealing

Key specifications

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG16-sized cable entry in the housing, insert the angled cable gland and secure it according to the enclosure’s mounting method. Pass the cable through the gland and position the bend protection spiral around the cable to reduce strain. Ensure the gland is tightened to achieve the IP68 seal and check that the cable routing follows the intended 90° angle without sharp kinks.

Recommendations

Use the cable gland in accordance with device and installation specifications. Verify compatibility with cable diameter and PG16 thread dimensions before installation. For applications with exposure to aggressive chemicals or extreme temperatures, confirm material suitability prior to use.
