Proyector Acer PL6620 6000 lúmenes ANSI DLP WUXGA (1920×1200) Láser, 16:10, 4,5 kg, HDMI

The Acer PL6620 is a laser DLP projector delivering 6000 ANSI lumens of brightness and native WUXGA (1920×1200) resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Designed for larger meeting rooms and venues, it combines a long-life 88 W laser light source rated for approximately 30,000 hours with a white housing and a compact 4.5 kg weight. The projector supports standard-throw installation with a focal length range of 17.63–27.9 mm and manual focus, and provides contemporary connectivity including full-size HDMI and RS-232 control.

Advantages

The laser light source offers stable brightness over extended periods and reduces the need for frequent lamp replacement. Native WUXGA resolution ensures detailed images and a 16:10 aspect ratio suits widescreen presentations and content with extra vertical space. With 6000 ANSI lumens output the unit is capable of maintaining visible, high-contrast images in rooms with moderate ambient light. Its moderate weight and white finish make it suitable for ceiling-mounting or portable deployment between rooms.

Suitable for

• Large meeting rooms and boardrooms
• Lecture halls and training rooms
• Event spaces with moderate ambient light
• Environments requiring reliable, long-life projection

How to use

Place or mount the projector according to room layout and desired screen size, ensuring the lens is aligned with the projection surface within the compatible screen size range. Connect a video source using the full-size HDMI input and, if required, connect the RS-232 port for external control. Power the unit from an appropriate AC source and allow the laser light source to initialize. Use the manual focus and zoom capability to achieve a sharp image and adjust projector placement to set the desired image size. For routine operation, follow standard AV procedures for source selection and volume control via the built-in speaker or external audio system.

Recommendations

Install the projector with adequate ventilation and secure mounting hardware; avoid blocking air intakes. For optimal image quality, calibrate projector settings (brightness, contrast, and focus) for the projection surface and ambient light conditions. Use HDMI for high-resolution sources and RS-232 for centralized control systems. Schedule periodic inspections to confirm the cooling system and optics are clean to maintain consistent laser performance.
