The BenQ LH835ST 4000 ANSI lumens DLP 1080p Laser is a short-throw projector designed for bright rooms and close-proximity installation. It delivers a native 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution on a 16:9 aspect ratio with a laser light source rated for up to 20,000 hours. With DLP projection technology, a compact 3.3 kg body and a throw ratio of 0.69–0.83 plus a 1.2:1 zoom ratio, this model is suitable for meeting rooms, classrooms and home cinema setups that require a crisp full HD image from a short distance.

Advantages

The projector provides high brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens, enabling clear images in environments with ambient light. The laser light source offers long life and stable color performance over time, reducing maintenance and lamp replacement costs. Native 1080p resolution and DLP technology ensure sharp text and detailed video playback. Short-throw optics and a modest zoom range simplify installation in smaller spaces while multiple connectivity options, including HDMI 2.0b, support a variety of video sources.

Suitable for

• Meeting rooms and boardrooms where installation space is limited
• Classrooms and lecture halls requiring readable text and bright images
• Home cinema setups seeking full HD projection at short throw distances
• Events and presentations with varied input sources

For regular operation, follow on-screen prompts and the device’s user interface to switch inputs and adjust audio or display settings.

Recommendations

Install the projector with adequate ventilation and avoid placing it in fully enclosed cabinets to maintain laser module cooling. For best image uniformity, calibrate color mode and brightness for the room lighting conditions, and use a neutral, smooth projection surface. When used in meeting or classroom environments, position the unit to minimize shadows and keystone correction to preserve native image quality.
