Pulsador antivandálico DimasTech 25mm Blackline Dot RGB (PD224) pulsador resistente a vandalismo

DimasTech Vandalismustaster 25mm Blackline Dot RGB (PD224) is a vandal-resistant push button with a 25 mm actuator and multicolour Blackline Dot RGB illumination. Intended for applications requiring mechanical robustness and clear visual feedback, the button combines impact- and tamper-resistant construction with RGB backlighting to indicate status, mode or user prompts. The product suits environments where durability and visible signalling are priorities, such as access control systems, industrial control panels, kiosks and public installations.

Advantages

The push button features a hardened metal bezel and a reinforced actuator designed to resist impacts and tampering while maintaining reliable switching performance. RGB illumination provides a full-colour spectrum for flexible status signalling and is visible in varied lighting conditions. Its compact 25 mm diameter actuator allows integration into standard panel cutouts and tight spaces without sacrificing durability. The design enables straightforward electrical integration in control circuits and visual customisation through colour selection.

Suitable for

• Access control panels and entry systems
• Industrial machine control and operator panels
• Self-service kiosks and ticketing machines
• Public installations and outdoor control stations

Key specifications

• Actuator diameter: 25 mm
• Illumination: Blackline Dot RGB multicolour backlight
• Mechanical protection: vandal-resistant metal bezel and reinforced actuator
• Mounting: panel-mountable in standard 25 mm cutout
• Visibility: high-contrast illumination suitable for indoor and well-lit environments

How to use

Install the push button into a compatible panel cutout and secure it according to the panel mounting method. Connect the button’s electrical contacts to the control circuit following the system wiring diagram and power the illumination circuit as required for RGB operation. Select the required illumination colour or control scheme through the host controller or driver wiring to represent different statuses. Test actuation and illumination after installation to confirm correct switching and colour indication.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, mount the button in a rigid panel to minimise lever action and ensure the bezel is flush with the surrounding surface. Use appropriate sealing and ingress protection measures if the installation is exposed to dust or moisture. When integrating with access control or signalling systems, define consistent colour codes for status indication and verify compatibility with the controller’s LED drive specifications.
