How to use

Install SATA HDDs or SSDs into the eight drive bays according to your desired RAID configuration. Connect the TS-832PXU to your network using the built-in 10GbE SFP+ or 2.5GbE ports, or install a PCIe network card to add more ports. Use QTS to configure storage pools, enable SSD cache or Qtier auto-tiering, and set up user accounts, shared folders and network services. For backup and synchronization, configure HBS or Qsync; for SaaS backups enable Boxafe to protect Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 data. Optionally connect a QNAP TR expansion enclosure or TL JBOD to increase raw capacity or use VJBOD to allocate unused space to other QNAP NAS.
