Raclette y parrilla Unold Delice Basic 1200 W 8 personas negro acero inoxidable

The RACLETTE Delice Basic serves up shared tabletop cooking for up to 8 people. It includes eight non-stick raclette pans with spatulas and two interchangeable grill plates: a natural stone plate and a turnable die-cast aluminum plate with one smooth and one ridged side. A Greblon® nonstick coating on the grill plates simplifies cleaning. The unit delivers 1,200 W of power with a continuously adjustable temperature control and indicator light, allowing gentle melting or high-temperature grilling on the stainless steel heating element. The appliance features integrated cable storage, non-slip feet and a pull-out stainless steel shelf for safe pan storage between courses. A holder for the optionally available Smokeless extraction hood is built into the device.

Advantages

The RACLETTE Delice Basic combines two grill surfaces and eight non-stick pans to cover melting, searing and grilling needs for up to eight diners. Turnable die-cast aluminum and natural stone plates provide different heat responses and cooking textures, while the Greblon® coating reduces sticking and eases cleanup. Continuous temperature adjustment and a 1,200 W output allow precise control from low-temperature melting to high-temperature grilling. Practical details such as an integrated holder for an optional Smokeless hood, a pull-out stainless steel shelf for the pans, non-slip feet and cable storage enhance convenience and safe use.

How to use

Place the RACLETTE Delice Basic on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect the appliance to a suitable mains outlet. Choose and mount the desired grill plate (natural stone or die-cast aluminium) and preheat using the temperature control until the indicator light shows the selected setting. Use the non-stick pans and spatulas for melting cheese or warming ingredients; use the grill plate for searing or grilling meats and vegetables. Adjust the temperature continuously to match the food — lower settings for melting cheese, higher for grilling. After use, unplug and allow the unit and plates to cool before cleaning. Wipe the Greblon®-coated surfaces with a soft cloth; follow the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations for the natural stone plate.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the selected grill plate before cooking and use silicone or plastic spatulas to protect the non-stick coating. If indoor smoke is a concern, install the optional Smokeless extraction hood on the integrated holder. Clean and dry all components thoroughly before storage.
