Racor Alphacool 17136 latón negro 35 mm de ancho 17 mm de profundidad 29 mm de alto

The Alphacool fitting is intended for liquid computer cooling systems and is manufactured from brass with a black finish. With external dimensions of 35mm width, 17mm depth and 29mm height, the component is compact and designed to provide a reliable mechanical connection between tubing and cooling hardware. The solid metal construction contributes to durability and long-term stability in circulating coolant systems.

Advantages

This brass fitting offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength compared with softer materials. The black surface treatment reduces visible wear and matches common cooling-system aesthetics. Its compact footprint allows installation in confined spaces while maintaining a stable, leak-resistant joint when paired with appropriate tubing and clamping methods.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops
• Radiator, pump and reservoir connections in compact builds
• Retrofit or replacement of metal fittings in existing cooling systems

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Black surface coating
• Width: 35 mm
• Depth: 17 mm
• Height: 29 mm
• Application: Liquid cooling system fitting

How to use

Install the fitting by aligning it with the tubing and mating component, then secure with the appropriate clamp or compression mechanism for the tubing type in use. Ensure mating surfaces are clean and free of debris before assembly. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test on the loop using coolant and observe for any signs of seepage for a period consistent with standard PC watercooling practice.

Recommendations

Use compatible tubing and clamps rated for the intended coolant and operating temperature. When installing in tight spaces, plan cable and component routing to avoid stress on the fitting. Periodically inspect metal fittings for signs of wear or corrosion and replace if necessary to maintain leak-free operation.
