Racor Corsair CX-9052009-WW

CORSAIR Hydro X Series XF Hardline Fittings are brass compression fittings designed for rigid 14 mm tubing in custom liquid cooling systems. The fittings feature a double O-ring compression seal to secure connections and are finished in a gold color. Each package contains four 14 mm hardline fittings suitable for assembling or upgrading PC cooling loops.

Advantages

Made of high-quality brass with a durable gold finish, these fittings provide reliable sealing with a double O-ring design and a secure compression connection for rigid tubing. The metal construction offers long-term durability and a consistent aesthetic when paired with other Hydro X Series components.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop PC liquid cooling loops using 14 mm hard tubing
• Upgrading or replacing existing rigid-fitting connections
• Systems where a gold finish is desired for visual matching

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Tubing diameter compatibility: 14 mm (hardline)
• Seal type: Double O-ring compression seal
• Finish: Gold
• Package contents: 4 hardline fittings

How to use

Install by cutting and preparing 14 mm hard tubing to length, slide the fitting components onto the tube, insert the tube into the compression fitting until seated against the O-rings, and tighten according to the cooling loop assembly instructions to ensure a leak-free connection. Check fittings after initial fill and during the first runs to confirm proper sealing.

Recommendations

Use with properly sized 14 mm hard tubing and follow standard liquid-cooling best practices: ensure clean cuts, deburr tube ends, hand-tighten fittings then test for leaks. Avoid overtightening metal fittings to protect threads and O-rings.
