REBEL ACTIVE Esterilla de entrenamiento NBR 190x100x1,5 cm negra - yoga, pilates, fitness

Unroll this mat in your living room, studio, or gym, and you'll immediately feel the difference a high-quality NBR surface makes. Whether you're flowing through sun salutations, holding a plank, or doing Pilates stretches, the 1.5 cm thickness cushions your joints while keeping you stable. The non-slip texture grips the floor and your hands, so you can focus on your form instead of slipping. The black colour hides scuffs and looks professional in any setting.

Why choose it

This mat is built for comfort and durability. The NBR foam provides a soft yet supportive base that protects your knees, elbows, and spine during floor exercises. It's thicker than standard mats, making it ideal for hard surfaces. The closed-cell structure resists moisture, so sweat won't soak in, and a quick wipe with a damp cloth keeps it hygienic. Because it's latex-free, it's safe for people with latex allergies, and the low odour means no unpleasant chemical smell out of the box.

Ideal use cases

• Yoga sessions at home or in a studio
• Pilates routines focusing on core and flexibility
• General fitness workouts, stretching, and bodyweight exercises
• Gymnastics and floor-based training
• Meditation and relaxation practices
• Physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises

Good to know

The mat rolls up easily and can be secured with a strap (not included) for carrying to class. It lays flat after unrolling, so corners won't curl up during your practice. The generous 100 cm width gives you extra room to move, and the 190 cm length accommodates taller users. Keep it away from direct sunlight and sharp objects to extend its life. For best results, clean with mild soap and water, and allow it to air dry completely before rolling.
