The Zebra P1080383-224 Bearing is a replacement part engineered for Zebra label printers ZD420 and ZD620. Sold in a pack of 10 pieces, these almond-colored bearings help maintain consistent media handling and mechanical movement inside the printer. The bearings are intended as direct-fit components to restore smooth operation and reduce wear on moving parts, supporting continued label production without interruption.

Advantages

These bearings provide a straightforward replacement solution that fits designated Zebra models without modification. Supplied in a multi-pack of 10, they enable multiple maintenance cycles or servicing of several devices. The consistent color and finish indicate a factory-style appearance that integrates with existing printer assemblies. Using correct replacement bearings can help preserve print quality by ensuring accurate media feeding and reducing mechanical friction.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and repair of Zebra ZD420 label printers
• Maintenance and repair of Zebra ZD620 label printers
• Service kits for small office or industrial printing fleets
• On-site printer maintenance to minimize downtime

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Zebra ZD420, Zebra ZD620
• Quantity: pack of 10 bearings
• Color: almond
• Function: mechanical bearing for media handling and moving parts
• Intended use: replacement component for printer maintenance

How to use

Identify the worn or damaged bearing in the printer mechanism following the manufacturer service manual for ZD420 or ZD620 models. Power off the printer and disconnect it from the power source before beginning any maintenance. Remove the cover panels as required to access the bearing location, extract the old bearing, and install the replacement bearing in the same orientation. Reassemble the printer, restore power, and perform a test print to confirm correct media feeding and mechanical operation.

Recommendations

Use the bearings as direct replacements for the specified Zebra models and follow Zebra's service instructions for safe handling and installation. Keep spare bearings in a clean, dry environment to prevent contamination prior to installation, and schedule regular inspections to detect wear early and maintain reliable printer performance.
