How to use

Place the router in a central, elevated location to optimize wireless coverage and connect it to your modem using an Ethernet cable. Power on the device and follow the IMOU app instructions on your smartphone to complete the guided setup, which includes creating a wireless network name (SSID) and password. Connect devices to either the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band depending on range and performance needs, and use the Ethernet ports for devices that require a wired connection. Access the app or the router’s management interface to modify settings, update passwords, and monitor connected devices.

Recommendations

For stable performance, assign high-bandwidth devices to the 5 GHz band and leave low-bandwidth or longer-range devices on 2.4 GHz. Keep the router firmware updated via the IMOU app or management interface and place the unit away from large metal objects and sources of electromagnetic interference to maintain signal quality.
