RUKO HGB Juego de 2 piezas DIN 2181 machos de roscar manuales para rosca métrica fina M15 x 1,5 mm HSS-G rectificados

This RUKO hand tap set provides both a taper tap and a plug tap in one package, so you can cut a full M15 x 1.5 mm metric fine thread in a single manual operation without switching between separate tools. The two-piece configuration is matched to DIN 2181 and uses HSS-G ground high-speed steel, which holds its cutting edges longer than unground alternatives when working through tough steel alloys.

Highlights

• Two-piece set: taper tap for starting the thread and plug tap for finishing to full depth.
• Metric fine thread M15 x 1.5 mm, right-hand, tolerance class ISO 2 (6H).
• HSS-G ground high-speed steel with bright finish for reduced friction and easy chip flow.
• Straight flute geometry for general-purpose manual threading in unalloyed and low-alloy steels up to 800 N/mm², malleable cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
• Shank diameter 11.0 mm, square drive 9.0 mm for secure tap wrench engagement.

In daily use

Start with the taper tap to guide the thread accurately, then follow with the plug tap to cut the thread to the bottom of blind holes. The ground flutes clear chips efficiently, reducing the risk of binding in tougher materials. The bright surface finish helps prevent rust during storage and makes the taps easy to identify in a crowded toolbox.

Final note

With both taps in one set, you avoid the common mistake of buying only a plug tap and struggling to start threads in tough steel. The ground HSS-G material and DIN 2181 compliance make this a reliable choice for workshops that need consistent, accurate threads.
