Safetex Cierre rápido de cadena forma corta | DIN 56927 | Forma A | WLL 140kg | O

On a busy construction site, a rigger needs to join two lengths of chain quickly and securely without welding or permanent links. The Safetex KSV 05.00-ZN chain quick link solves this in seconds: open the screw gate, hook both chain ends, and tighten. Its short Form A design keeps the assembly compact, while the DIN 56927 compliance ensures it meets recognized dimensional and strength standards. With a working load limit of 140 kg, it is suitable for a wide range of non-lifting securing and tensioning tasks.

Key specifications

• Type: Chain quick link, short design (Form A)
• Standard: DIN 56927
• Working load limit (WLL): 140 kg
• Material: High-strength steel
• Connection: Screw gate
• Manufacturer: Safetex
• Variant identifier: O

Why choose it

This quick link offers a reliable, reusable connection point for chains and other rigging components. Its screw-gate closure provides a secure, vibration-resistant lock that can be opened and closed repeatedly. The short form factor reduces overall length, making it ideal for tight spaces. Built from high-strength steel, it withstands demanding industrial environments.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting chain ends for temporary or permanent assemblies
• Securing loads in transport and storage
• General rigging and anchoring in construction, workshops, and agriculture
• Creating adjustable length chain slings (within WLL limits)

Good to know

Always verify that the working load limit is appropriate for your application and that the link is fully closed and tightened before use. For overhead lifting or critical safety applications, consult applicable regulations and consider a higher safety factor. The finish is typically self-color or galvanized; confirm with supplier if corrosion resistance is critical.
