Safetex correa de amarre Blackline con trinquete de presión y anclaje para raíles de suelo WLL 750kg | 2 piezas (25S-B-2-DR-BSA-04.00)

Cargo that shifts during transport is a serious safety hazard and can lead to damaged goods, vehicle instability, and even accidents. The SAFETEX Blackline 2-part lashing strap with push ratchet and floor rail anchor provides a reliable, high-strength solution for securing loads in vehicles equipped with floor rails. With a working load limit of 750 kg and a lashing capacity of up to 1500 kg in strapping mode, this strap is built to handle demanding cargo control tasks.

Who is it for

This lashing strap is ideal for professional drivers, logistics operators, and anyone who regularly transports goods in vans, trailers, or trucks with integrated floor rail systems. It is especially suited for securing heavy or bulky items that must remain absolutely stationary during transit.

• Push ratchet (Druckratsche) allows quick, one-handed tensioning and easy release.
• Floor rail anchor (Bodenschienenanker) fits standard cargo rail profiles for secure mounting.
• High-tenacity polyester (PES) webbing with 25 mm width for excellent strength and low stretch.
• Working load limit (WLL) of 750 kg in direct lashing; lashing capacity (LC) of 1500 kg in strapping.
• Pre-tensioning force (STF) of 120 daN ensures firm initial tension.
• Elongation under load less than 7% to keep cargo tight.
• Steel hook and anchor components for durability and corrosion resistance.
• UV-resistant and temperature tolerant from -40°C to +100°C.
• Complies with EN 12195-2 standard for cargo securing.
